WHAT IS LEADING AND LEADERSHIP? 

Through the power of social media and today's social justice movements, today's emerging leaders have more power and influence on society than in previous generations.  With power comes tremendous seductions, pressures and possibilities and LEADERS MUST LEARN TO SEPARATE EGO FROM PURPOSE, CHALLENGE THEIR SHADOWS & STEP INTO LESS COLONIZED, MORE LIBERATED LEADERSHIP SYLES THAT HONORS WHOLE SELF, WHOLE COMMUNITY & WHOLE EARTH.

This six-month conscious cohort invites influencers from across eco-social movements to explore their own influences, truth and authenticity and design ways to message harmonious ways to impact planet and people.

Using the skill of Emotional Intelligence to Create Right Action*

• We will examine the harms inherent to eco-social activism and how the persona of 'activist identity' in service to sustainably leading from wellness/wholeness vs. fear and anger.

• What actions could we create if we were aware of how feeling and facts mingle in our truths? 

• What myths do we want perpetuated or disrupted in our actions? 

• What truths can we bring more freedom to if framed through our own healed hearts? 

• What can we create and implement durng Summer 2022, that could create healing for ourselves and the Planet?
